The kids club was amazing with friendly staff. Aum, ann, and nam were all very helpful. Aum patiently guided my 5-year-old to make origami animals. It was very safe to leave my kids there because the staff took great care of them.

The room felt smaller compared to other family rooms in different resorts. I noticed the tv did not stream other channels so bring your own devices.

i really liked the multiple pools available they provided different ambiances. also the breakfast had a wide variety with options for all tastes it was constantly replenished and fresh.

the gym was smaller than expected it had limited equipment. also the language barrier with some staff made communication difficult which sometimes led to misunderstandings.
